| In the country of Salamanca (Fresno Alhándiga ), we, a group of men and women have formed a cooperative to grow iberian pigs and market their delicius products together.
Our pigs are grown in the fields in
centuries-old oak meadows, where they feed on natural foods all year round.
Moreover. we have revived old kitchen recipes in order to achieved the aroma and taste that has traditionally distinguished the best sausages.
Finally, in our factory, where the winds of the mountains blow, raw material and tradition are trasnsformed, thanks to the art of the professionals, into hams and sausages that characterize the maximum quality of Embutidos Alhándiga , making us proud.
Since it was founded, Ganaderos Salmantinos de Porcino Ibérico, s.c.l., has know how to keep the traditional craftmanship of the master sausagemakers and the careful selection of our products together. Not only is a selection of the product from its origen necessary to guaranteeits quality and purity, but also following the whole process of producction.
